Hi Tommy,
I guess Sherry (Sharon Jacobi) must have told you that the 2 CD's I
received in the mail were just static when I played them.... I was all
ready to here Jeffy's voice on "Sunset Night". I spent some more time
crying and thinking, remembering, all the wonderful things about my
nephew...(more like my son really) I can't tell you how grateful I am to
you for sending me some replacements.
Sherry was my dearest friend and our children were close in age and
were all like sisters and brothers to each other.
Our house was always FULL and LOUD with music.... It was what I raised
my kids on ........ it was a Happiness inside all of our hearts ......
Jeffy shared that Love of music so much.... He got it from his daddy
(Jerry Jacobi-my bro') and his daddy got it from his daddy (Bob
Jacobi).... and on and on.... Jeff would spend hours with my sons Jimmy
and Johnny listening to the "BEST STUFF" in their room and in their cars
.Jeff was younger than my boys but his taste in music and wonderful
personality made him Fit Right in with anyone in the crowd....
WE LOVED HIM ~ we all loved each other . I have so many wonderful
memories of our lives together in the "70s" .... When I read your list
of the music that you loved and that inspired you it was like going
back in time and I started humming aloud ..... I was reading OUR LIST
too ! One and the same ~
It makes my heart content inside knowing that Jeffy was with you
...... You loved the same music as he did.... I know you must have been
very close and shared many wild and happy times .....
I could go on for hours about Jeff and his love for life, music, his
tender heart, his Caring Heart .... His Wild side, wanting to see,
touch, experience and live it all... He was always smiling with that
unique sparkle in his eyes that all the girls loved.... He Was A
Special boy and I will always remember him just that way.....
A Very Special Soul ... A Beautiful Part of our life and family ......
still ~
Thank you Tommy, for the help that the band is giving his children .
Thank you for being a part of Jeffrey's Life and his Dreams coming true
....

Hey 2G,
I don't know much about you. You really have no idea how glad I am to know that you have a recording contract and that Jeff's dream was finally going to come true. I am not only a fan of Jeff's...I am family... his cousin, Lisa. I live in Parkersburg, WV now and I haven't seen Jeff since I was 16. I was staying with our Grandma Helen while my parents were getting a new home ready for us in Gallipolis, Ohio (moving from Findlay, Ohio). Jeff came to stay with Grandma Helen and I. We became pretty close in that short nit period of time. He wrote a song, taught it to me, and then he played his guitar while we sang it together. Once we had it right, we recorded it. I have the tape somewhere, but I have not been able to find it for a few years. I am a collector of sentimenal items, so it may be packed away. If I come across it, I will mail you a copy. I always believed in Jeff. I don't know if he ever mentioned me or not. He was always such a pain in the butt when we were little! He was always getting into trouble! But Aunt Sharon moved a couple of times from what I recall when I was a kid and seeing them became less and less over the years. I will miss him now more than ever. I am proud to say that I am honored that he is not only family, but my friend. Please keep in contact with me so that I can catch up on all that I missed in the last 19 years. I am certain God is taking better care of him than any of us ever could. Lisa J. Jeffrey(Tyson,Elkins),
I LOVE YOU JEFFEY. LOVE FROM YOUR LITTLE LISIE. I WILL MISS YOU. October 3, 2005.
Amy, Brian, and Aunt Sharon...if you read this...I Love you. I miss you. Call me.

Tommy,
I stumbled across the 20grit webpage while looking for stuff on Ted Piercefield. I've been playing trumpet since 1978 (age 10), but never even knew who Chase was until the late 80's. I just wanted you to know your step-dad is one badass horn player and singer. If there is any info on the web, or email contact info for him, I would really appreciate it.
Once I heard their first album, it LITERALLY changed my musical life forever.
Best Regards,
